ANGER ISSUES

Hello people! I am back with a new blog and today's blog is about Anger issues and how to deal with them .
So let's start.
Anger can be defined as a feeling or displeasure or hostility. Which in lay man's language is a strong feeling of being upset or annoyed. We humans have both negative and positive sides of our emotions and anger is the most destructive emotion. Anger can completely destroy a person not only personality wise but also their mental health conditions. Apart from these problems anger directly effects your brain which can lead to serious problems or complications. For instance I have seen many people who get frustrated or angry very easily and they just start throwing everything which comes in their way , and say whatever comes in their mind. And at present either they are dealing with depression or serious issues.  But I have also seen people who were dealing with severe anger issue but now they calmly handle the situation .If there is a will to overcome any problem; there are ways to handle it.  In the same way anger issues can be overcome through meditation.  People literally send thousands of money to get rid of it but the only way to get through is sitting peacefully alone and getting to know yourself and doing meditation . I believe that if a person spends most of the time on himself or herself rather than spending time on other things then they can easily overcome any and every situation. 
 I would like to end up my blog by saying that the less we have anger issues the more we stay happy and satisfied in our lives.
