Happiness


Hello people! I am back with a new blog and today's blog is about what is really happiness and why should we have balance in our life . So let's get started .
So if we try to define happiness in a sentence then we can say that it is an emotional state characterized by the feeling of joy , satisfaction and much more. Or in simple words happiness is experiencing more of the positive things in life. Although  maximum people are happy but I have noticed that people don't have a balance in their lives; when they are happy they forget about the bad times and when they are sad they forget about the good times. Therefore, let me tell you something , their was a chapter in my textbook named "IF" by Rudyard Kipling. In this chapter he tells us that we should always have a balance in life . If you are happy then always remember that you could fail too and if you are sad then you should remember that bad time too ends. What I mean to say is we should always accept  the situation be it a failure or success ,treat both equally.  And if you apply these rules in your life you will be more positive and energetic. But the question is how can we have a balance in our life and why should we  treat bad times and good times equally? So to do that the main and the most important thing is that you should you should accept both the situations as I have already mentioned and deal with it very patiently and always remember that time passes . If you will be positive and hope full then everything will be fine and you will be happy.
