why confidence is important

Hello people! I am back with a new blog . And before starting I would like to thank you all for supporting and loving me. Let's begin. 

 Today I will be sharing my thoughts on why Confidence is must in an individual . First of all what is meant by confidence it means that :‐ the feeling that you are sure about your ablities . I know it's very common to doubt our ablities but very tought to believe . At this phase of time confidence plays a very important role. It helps you to get rid from negative thoughts and self doubting as well...... But the fact is that there is very slight difference between confidence and over confidence.  Over confidence is the reason why people fail in their work. In other words we can say that over confidence is believing too much in oneself and forgetting about the fact that we all can be wrong .
