Women empowerment

Hello people ! I am back with a new blog and today's blog is about women empowerment. 

So let's start. 

Women empowerment is made up of two words women which means girl and empowerment means giving them their authorities.  So together women empowerment means giving women their authorities or rights. But if we ask ourselves that are they equal or are they being provided with their rights , authorities which they deserve.  The answer is a big "NO". Men are always considered to be the supreme power be it outside or inside the house and  they are also considered to be the livelihood earner and as usual women are considered to be a house maker. And if we go and search on Google the number of women employees it will be very less because they are not allowed to step out of their house. Though we are in the 21st century but our thinking is very old. But here the point is not that why are women not given equal opportunities but the point is that how can we give them those opportunities , those rights which they deserve. So to do that first of all we  will have to change our mentality and I know it is very difficult to change someones mind set but we can try and improve it. Secondly , ( men especially) should not get jealous seeing a woman succeeding.  And lastly they should be allowed to step out of their houses as still in some parts of India women are considered as a burden. 

 If we bring these little changes in our live women will automatically get empowered.

" BECAUSE WOMEN CAN!"
